We had a great Saturday with a group of ladies who travelled over 2 hours to take our breakfast and brunch cooking class this weekend. They learned to prepare such tasty items as Mimosa, A cream cheese and raspberry stuffed French Toast with a Raspberry coolie. They also mastered the art of Scone making, a fresh fruit pizza, and to top things off Eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce. They were very eager to learn and had fun while doing it. At the end they we finally ready to taste the fruits of their labor. Everything turned our perfect!
